Club Director Resources
Volleyball BC seeks to support our volleyball Clubs in being as successful as possible in operating their individual local volleyball clubs. VBC has compiled a number of resources to support Club Directors in delivering volleyball, operating a club and preparing for the season. We will continue to build out the resources and documents to ensure that our member clubs are prepared and successful.
Mental Health Toolkit for Clubs
In 2023, Volleyball BC launched a Mental Health Toolkit that included practical information across 6 key pillars.
Each element of the toolkit can be digested individually or as a whole. The emphasis is practical tools which key influencers – parents, coaches, officials, administrators, and athletes – can use in order to affect positive change and provide an environment of well-being and positive performance.
I am starting out, where do I begin?
- We have some useful first steps in the Introduction section of the toolkit.
- We have a webinar that you can watch to walk you through different elements of the toolkit.
If you would like any help downloading or discussing the implementation of these resources, please contact: members@volleyballbc.org
Access to this Toolkit is an exclusive benefit for our member clubs. Please do not share or post these resources publicly without the permission of Volleyball BC.
