For two consecutive years, Volleyball BC has experienced growth of over 15%, with participants in club volleyball at a record high in 2024.
To set ourselves up to accommodate continued demand, we are embarking on a review of our youth club competition structure.
We are seeking a consultant with a deep understanding of youth sports and effective province-wide competition models, principles of long-term athlete development, and the ability to engage with our diverse community. The outcome of this work is to collaboratively develop recommendations to enhance or adjust our competition structure, allowing us to support future growth, ensure excellent participant experiences, and promote high quality volleyball development.

We have released a Request for Proposals for individuals who are qualified and interested in being a key part of this important and integral process.
