Strategic Initiatives

In March 2025, the Board approved a new Strategic Plan for 2025-2028. The Plan is the product of extensive consultation with our members and stakeholders, reflecting their input, priorities, and aspirations. It sets out our vision, our values, and our next steps. 

As an organization, our focus over the next four years will be to channel the growth of volleyball in the right direction. We are committed to expanding opportunities, strengthening capacity, and fostering a sport culture that is welcoming, respectful, and safe for everyone.
