Summer Job Opportunity: Beach Tournament Coordinators

We’re currently hiring enthusiastic and reliable Beach Tournament Coordinators to support our adult and youth beach volleyball events across the Lower Mainland. If you enjoy working outdoors, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love being part of the volleyball community, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Point person for competition delivery.
- Oversee set-up and tear-down of beach equipment and tournament booth
- Act as a point of contact for players, coaches, and spectators, answering questions throughout the event
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work comfortably in hot, sunny beach conditions
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
- Strong composure under pressure and ability to manage stressful situations
- Confident communication skills, including negotiating with stakeholders
- Willingness to work extended hours (8+ hour days)
